Your privacy is our
silent standard.
At Silent Vera, we believe that the most premium digital experiences are the ones that require the least amount of your personal identity to function. Our design philosophy is "Local First," meaning your data stays where it belongs: on your device, under your control.
"True luxury is the absence of surveillance."
— Silent Vera ManifestoThe Architecture of Zero Knowledge
We do not sell "free" games in exchange for your behavioral data. Silent Vera is built on a direct relationship: you acquire high-fidelity applications, and in return, we provide a sanctuary free from tracking, analytics, and intrusive harvesting. This Privacy Policy details how we achieve this "Zero Knowledge" environment.
Most mainstream gaming applications use Third-Party SDKs to track user retention, heatmaps, and session duration. Silent Vera rejects this "noisy" approach. Our applications are optimized for the Apple and Android hardware ecosystems using native frameworks that minimize network calls. When you play a Silent Vera title, the only data transmitted is what is strictly necessary for critical cloud-save features—should you choose to enable them.
We consider the haptic feedback, visual fidelity, and processing load of our games as private interactions between you and your device. We do not maintain server-side logs of your gameplay patterns or in-game choices. Our internal "Vera Audit" for 2026 ensures that every line of code is scrutinized to prevent accidental data leaks to third-party ad networks.

GDPR & International Compliance
As an Italian-headquartered boutique developer, we adhere strictly to the highest standards of European privacy law, providing these protections to our users worldwide.
Identity Collection
We do not collect names, emails, or phone numbers through our applications. If you contact us at info@silentvera.online, your email is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is purged after 12 months.
Telemetry & Analytics
Our games may report technical crashes anonymously to help us improve stability. These reports contain hardware specs (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17.2) but never identifiers that link back to your personal identity.
Third-Party Services
If you utilize Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, your data is governed by their respective policies. Silent Vera does not bridge this data to external databases or marketing partners.
The Vera Decision Path
Local Data vs. Cross-Device Sync
We prioritize local-only storage to prevent server leaks.
Mitigation
"Users who wish to sync across devices must manually enable iCloud/Google Cloud, acknowledging the third-party transit."
Zero Analytics vs. Faster Optimization
Without heatmaps, fixing UX bottlenecks takes longer.
Mitigation
"We rely on manual bug reporting and extensive QA testing rather than tracking live user behavior patterns."
Platform Lock-in vs. Data Portability
Native haptics require deep integration with OS-specific privacy layers.
Mitigation
"We use standardized JSON exports for user settings to allow a degree of portability between our own app ecosystem."
Common Privacy Pitfalls
The gaming industry is rife with "dark patterns." Here is how we intentionally avoid common failures in data ethics.
Ghost Permissions
Many apps request location or contact access "just in case."
Ad Retargeting Pixels
Embedding Facebook or Google pixels to follow you across the web.
The "Accept All" Trap
Forcing users to agree to complex legal bundles with one click.
Dark Patterns in Settings
Hiding the "Delete My Data" button at the bottom of 10 menus.
Formal Correspondence
If you have questions regarding our data practices, or wish to exercise your rights under the GDPR, please reach out to our legal department. We respond to all privacy-related inquiries within 48 business hours.
