The entire content of silentvera.online, including but not limited to text, specialized code snippets, custom character rigs, atmospheric soundscapes, and the "Silent Vera" wordmark, is the exclusive property of Silent Vera or its respective licensors. These materials are protected by Italian and international copyright laws (specifically Law No. 633/1941 and subsequent amendments).
We do not utilize generative AI outputs for final assets; every component is hand-crafted. Consequently, any unauthorized scraping, replication, or commercial redistribution of these assets is strictly monitored and prosecuted to maintain the value of our artisanal work.
02/ Permissible Interaction
Users are encouraged to interact with our promotional demos under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license. This license is intended solely for personal, non-commercial enjoyment and evaluation.

03/ Technical Limitations
Method Note: Evaluation of Limits
Silent Vera is a promotional platform. Any "Game Demos" provided are "As-Is" experiments. We evaluate technical robustness across iOS 16+ and Android 12+ environments, but we cannot ensure 100% stability across all fragmented hardware types. Our limitation of liability extends to the maximum degree permitted by Italian Law, specifically Article 1229 of the Civil Code.
Jurisdictional Presence
Disputes, though we strive to avoid them, are governed by the laws of Italy. Any intervention or legal proceedings shall be held exclusively at the Court of Rome.
